Before each breakfast and each dinner we would conduct a flag ceremony at MacKenzie's Range,
and then all the campers would walk the eigth mile trail from there to the Dining Hall. Along this
trail the Staph would arrange a small scene each day that we would call 'Statues' where we would
come up with something and then hold it completely motionless for 10 minutes or so while all the
campers walked by. Normally the statues weren't quite this elaborate, usually involving only a stick
or something for props, but this was the last week, and so we went all out.
